Jennifer Scherer
Founder and CEO
Jennifer started Magnified LLC in 2015 with one client and one request. Since then, has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in designing and executing impactful experiences, while staying true to each client’s unique culture and values. She is an MSNBC Know Your Value finalist and was honored as part of the Forbes Next 1000 class of 2021.
Enjoys spending free time with her children and husband. Also a ‘work in progress’ CrossFit enthusiast.
Susan Serrao
Partner and CTO
Susan joined Magnified in 2017 with a curious and technical mind and a passion for building relationships. She developed the technology infrastructure for Magnified’s virtual offerings and strives to continue building top notch experiences for clients.
Loves to travel ANYWHERE and spend time with her husband, four children and large extended family.
