In order to provide a unique event, we need to know what is unique about your company and the participants. We need to know what you want to achieve and gather all the information necessary for creating a one-of-a-kind experience. We will need to discuss things like:

Who will be participating?
What are your reasons for holding the event?
Is this event part of other activities planned for the day?
Are we integrating any particular themes and messages?
Do you have desired group dynamics?
Do you have a desired location? Time limit?

Armed with the information from our meeting, our creative process begins. Magnified Events will design an experience that will deliver results and resonate with the group. We will research your company, products and theme and incorporate this information into the materials and activities we create.

We will keep in touch during the entire planning process. Your plans may change, so we want to be up-to-date on how to best work together. We understand and are prepared to accommodate all of the moving parts.

We will provide a turnkey solution for the entire event. We show up with everything necessary for the experience. We are there at the start to get the group motivated and organized. We have staff to help facilitate and ensure things run smoothly. We end the activities in a meaningful way.
